Planning Proposals (Rezoning)

We can prepare planning proposals which seek to rezone land to permit certain development. This service ranges from providing basic planning advice on the likelihood of achieving a rezoning through to preparation and lodgement of the proposal.

We generally aim to engage with local councils early on in such a process, and for more complex rezoning’s, we can engage relevant sub-consultants as part of preparation of the proposal.
